Our dedicated support team assists with accommodation, academic needs, and adjusting to life in London. We strive to create an environment that prioritizes health, wellbeing, and success.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

We offer ongoing support through confidential counselling, drop-in sessions, and life-skills classes like mindfulness and stress management, helping students build resilience and confidence.

Adjusting to College Life

Starting college is an exciting transition. Our support staff helps students cope with academic pressures and independent living, ensuring they thrive in their new surroundings.

Student Advice Centres (SACs)

Every faculty has its own Student Advice Centre (SAC) to provide comprehensive support and advice. The SACs offer services such as:

  • Confidence & Networking Development: Opportunities to improve public speaking and build a professional network.

  • Career Guidance: Insights into various career paths and opportunities.

  • One-on-One Appointments: Private sessions with staff for confidential or sensitive matters.

  • Administrative Assistance: Help with administrative tasks like programme/module changes, form submission, and locker rentals.

  • CV & Interview Preparation: Guidance on crafting a strong CV and developing interview skills.

  • General Enquiries: Signposting to relevant services, and distribution of information on college regulations.

Library Services

The college library offers tailored support, including reading lists, research guidance, and referencing help. Our library team is dedicated to enhancing students’ learning experiences by providing the resources needed for academic success.
